Last week we carried out a small survey among a small group of users.

One of the question was: How would you feel if we would stop offering CoboCards?

Some users were really concerned and thought we would really stop offering our service. No worries, we won’t stop CoboCards!

One result made us really feel happy: 81% of our users have actively recommended our tool. This is a great percentage. If you keep recommending our tool we keep working hard on it. Thank you very much!

A result which made us feel sad was the fact, that 36% of our users don’t read our newsletter although we just send it once a month and keep it short (4-5 sentences). If you have any suggestions regarding our newsletter (maybe it should be more detailed?), then just make a comment to this blogpost.
