The keyword is „kinesiology“ – the science of human movement. The science of kinesiology addresses the physiological, mechanical, and psychological mechanisms associated with human movement. Any disruption of energy flow can cause muscular disruption. This can be balanced with simple exercises.

Difficulties in Learning Processes is caused by „Switching“, i.e. means parts of the brain are shut down. Left and right side of the brain cannot collaborate anymore. The result is a disruption in concentration.

You can solve this problem by doing „Cross-Over Exercises„. Stand up and walk without moving aheas. Use your arms. A typical sing for Switching is if you move your right arm with your right leg. Try to do it cross over (left arm, right leg). If you’ve managed to do so, walk 3 minutes a couple of time per day.

Another exercise is the „Lying Eight“. Stand up and stretch out your arms. Keep your hands close to each other. Now draw a „lying 8“ with your hands following this 8 with your eyes.
