Warum kommt der Ansatz eines kalkulatorischen Unter-nehmerlohns nur in Einzelunternehmen bzw. Personen-gesellschaften, nicht aber bei Kapitalgesellschaften in Frage?

Bei Kapitalgesellschaften erhalten die Geschäftsführer ein Gehalt, welches in der Finanzbuchhaltung Aufwand und in der KLR Kosten darstellt.

Bei Einzelunternehmen bzw. Personengesellschaften führen Vorwegentnahmen auf den Gewinn als Privatentnahme zu keinem Aufwand und daher zunächst auch nicht zu Kosten. Der Ansatz eines kalkulatorischen Unternehmerlohns in der KLR entspricht dem Gegenwert der Arbeitsleistung des Inhabers bzw. Gesellschafters (Tz. 37).
