Motive sind spezifische Wahrnehmungs- und Wertungsdisposionen während Motivationen der angregte Prozess der Zielverfolgung ist.

Werden Motive durch situative Hinweisreise aktiviert, kommt es zur Motivation.
Nur durch eine Passung von Motiv und Anreiz entsteht
