Volume
A measure of the amount of matter of an object. Can be measured in kilograms and grams.
mass
Is the measure of how compact matter is or how much mass is contained in a certain volume of space. (mass / volume)
Density
The number of square units required to cover a surface or region. (base x height)
Area
An upward force in fluids that opposes gravity. It is the reason that things float in water.
Buoyant force
A measure of the pull of gravity on an object. Only measured in pounds and ounces.
