What's the difference between central tolerance and peripheral tolerance?
Central Tolerance:
Developing Lymphocytes are filtered out (bone marrow for B cells, Thymus for T cells)
Periphreal Tolerance
Mature lymphocytes -> Induced to be anergic
Regulatory T cells
