Hi, today we open a window and shout „Helloooooo“ to the world.

It’s been a while that we posted something in our blog and 2 days ago we received an email saying:

„You are collecting our wishes in the wish list and say: „Yeah, quite interesting“ but don’t make anything about it or you do it very slowly“. And anyway nobody asked for the pool you just launched“

Normally we receive quite more positive mails like „Hey, nice work you’re doing dude.” We don’t receive hard critics very often, though we like them, because they make you think about the path you took.

So, we guess one of the main reasons for such feelings is that we don’t tell you how we decide what to do and what else is going on besides development.

As you know we are strong believers of working with you together. We collect your wishes from different sources and post them in our wishlist (German / English). Some of them are rejected because we don’t think that they would fit into Cobocards.

For the next step we have two things in mind:

1. How to make Cobocards better for you

2. Cobocards has to make some coins for us. Cause if it doesn’t, we won’t be able to work full-time on Cobocards which would mean that the development process would be reaaaaly slow. But we don’t want that cause we love working on Cobcards full-time 🙂

To steer the boat with those two things in mind is not easy. Some of the wishes are so good, that they could make it into the Pro Version. And we want to make the Pro Version remarkably better, so that a switch from Free to Pro is a real benefit for you. So we really listen to your thoughts and wishes but if, when and how we are going to implement things must be decided by us while we try to please both sides.

The Pool:
We were planning to introduce the pool some time ago and the pool will be important for the forthcoming development of Cobocards. So we’ll see.

There are improvements you don’t really see.
Sure, there are improvements in the backend of Cobocards you can’t see, but you can feel. For instance, the Home screen is loading faster now.

Besides to the development of Cobocards we also try to promote Cobocards. We participate in business plan competitions, we are at barcamps or schools. Sometimes we receive requests and have to deal with them. That’s also why sometimes the development isn’t as fast as we would like it to be.

Still a lot of things to come until end of year 🙂 Back to work!
