Many things are somehow rightly protected. Illegally used content may end up in huge costs for the user.
Please ensure prior to publication of any content in CoboCards if content is somehow rightly protected.
1.1. You are responsible for all data (text, images etc.) entered in CoboCards.. Hereafter all data is called "content".
1.2. With your registration on CoboCards you ensure that you are the only responsible (and that CoboCards has no responsibility for your entered, transferred and presented data while using CoboCards and for the impacts of your behaviour (including potential loss and damage, caused by you).
1.3. However, should you enter rightly protected data into CoboCards or impinge against existing law, CoboCards will immediately delete those content. (see point 3)
In no way CoboCards is responsible for content entered by users and never internalise content of users. CoboCards only provides a technical service for creating, saving and sharing flashcards. CoboCards does not check continuously content for law violation. This is not realizable and therefore not done. Self-evidently CoboCards reacts on law violation after justified advice deletes law violating content immediately.
3.1. CoboCards will react to all notifications, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.
3.2. In the case of a user who may infringe or repeatedly infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights, CoboCards may, at its discretion, terminate or deny access to and use of the service.
4.1. You possess all (copy)rights on content uploaded by you.
4.2. You ensure that you possess all required rights, warranties and permissions if you publish content on CoboCards.
4.3. If you think that material located on or linked to CoboCards violates your copyrights, you are encouraged to notify CoboCards via info@cobocards.com or CoboCards GmbH, Ravensburger Str. 32a, 88677 Markdorf/Germany.
