Buscopan® bei krampfartigen Bauchschmerzen:
p.o. 3x 10-20 mg
i.v. 20-40 mg/ Kinder: 0,3-0,6 mg/kg (max 1,5 mg/kg/d)
rektal 3-5x 1-2 10 mg Supp; KK: 3-5 x 1 7,5 mg Supp; Sgl 2-3 x 1

Loperamid® nur kurzzeitig
Kausal
blutige Diarrhoen, schwerer Verlauf
=> ungezielte Soforttherapie: Cotrimoxazol/ Chinolon
Campylobacter: Azithromycin (1x 500mg für 3 d), Cipro (2x 500 mg)
CDT: Metronidazol (3x 400 mg), Vanco (4x 125 mg)
Listerien: Ampicillin (4x 50 mg/kg iv)
Salmonellen: Cipro (2x 500mg für 5-7 Tage)
Salmonella typhi/ paratyphi: Cipro (2x 500mg für 10 d) Ceftriaxon
(1x2g iv für 14 d)
Shigellen: Cipro (2x 500mg), Levofl (1x 500mg für 3 d)
Staph aureus: Vanco (2x 1g i.v und 4 x 125 mg po)
Cholera: Cipro (2x 500 mg)
Yersinien: nur bei schwerer Erkrankung Doxy (2x 100mg iv) und Genta (5 mg/kg/d iv)
